Service Description

Introduction Our primary focus is to help you master fundamental pull strength movements, such as breaking down the "Pull up," often considered a challenging exercise. The curriculum is designed to relate to advanced movements' nature, making it the most direct approach to building a solid foundation and preparing for more complex exercises. Our training objectives include mastering Single Leg Front Lever (單腳前水平)、Single Leg Back Lever (單腳後水平)、Jumping Muscle Up (跳躍式上槓)。 Offers (1) A minimum purchase of 5 lessons or more is required for each transaction. (2) All purchases come with a one to two-week extension period to complete the lessons. For example, if a student purchases 5 lessons, they can be completed within 6 weeks; if 10 lessons are purchased, they can be completed within 12 weeks.
