DAILYCALI Junior Leadership Project: A 10-week group class training program specifically designed for teenagers aged 11-17. 1. Tailored Training for Teens • Specifically designed for ages 11-17 • Focus on bodyweight exercises • Enhance overall physical performance • Reduce injury risk 2.
