Specifically made for Juniors. It's a group class training program specifically designed for teenagers aged 10-15. Our expert trainers utilize a variety of bodyweight exercises to enhance overall physical performance (增強訓練表現) and reduce the risk of injury (降低受傷機會). The program not only focuses on building physical strength but also fosters mental toughness (強化心理質素), resilience, and determination. By participating in the class, young individuals can boost their self-esteem (增加自信) and experience a true sense of accomplishment (成就感的喜悅). This unique and comprehensive program empowers teenagers to develop essential life skills and leadership qualities while improving their fitness levels.
