Introduction: Starting from stretching, we carefully introduce the coordination points for each movement and provide posture correction for basic exercises. Our expert trainers will guide you in developing a personalized training plan (如何制定訓練課表), including setting reps, sets, rest time, and intensity. In addition, you'll learn how to properly use assisted training tools (使用輔助工具) and correct warm-up methods (正確熱身方式). As a bonus, all workshop participants will receive important e-notes or special gifts to enhance their learning experience.
