1. 關節力學與痛症預防 (Joint Mechanics & Pain Prevention): 建立腕關節的承重能力。 透過精準調整手掌擺位與前臂旋轉,有效預防常見的尺側腕痛、如何正確對齊肩、肘、腕,不僅能改善肘關節超伸 (Elbow Hyperextension) 的受壓問題,更能為倒立打下穩固且不致受傷的基礎。 2. 核心整合與身體控制 (Core Integration & Body Control) :掌握身體中線 倒立的穩定核心來自於胸椎靈活性 (T-spine Mobility) 與肋骨控制的完美結合。透過死蟲式 (Dead Bug) 等動作強化核心,解決常見的拗腰與盤骨前傾 問題,並且找回肩胛穩定性,讓你在倒立時下肢能保持鬆緊有度的平衡狀態。 3. 實踐與自由離牆 (Wall Practice & Freestanding Progressions) :由基礎走向自由練習 內容涵蓋胸對牆 (Chest-to-Wall) 與離牆技巧,重點在於指壓發力與空間感建立。

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
