Internal Reset Sequence

  • Sleep & Stress Relief: Address asthma and snoring while learning to transition between deep rest and high-focus states.

  • Postural Alignment: Correct rib flare and anterior pelvic tilt by releasing tension in the neck and lower back.

  • Core Intra-Pressure: Master Intra-abdominal Pressure (IAP) techniques to create a solid foundation for physical performance.

Basics for Calisthenics Beginners

  • Structural Alignment: Align shoulders, elbows, and wrists to prevent injuries such as Elbow Hyperextension at the source.

  • Scapular & Core Integration: Reclaim Scapular Stability and rib control to master midline body strength.

  • Safety Progression: Focus on essential pushing, pulling, and support techniques to build confidence for independent training.
