Service Description
下肢靈活度工作坊 目標對象： 上班族、尋求傷患緩解、下肢不適人士 本課程旨在探索下肢活動度 (Lower Body Mobility)，透過流動 (Flow) 練習和活動伸展 (Active Stretch)，針對久坐、姿勢不良導致的身體不平衡進行修復。 核心內容 (針對腰椎、髖部與踝關節)： 1.強化核心與改善體態 - 專注於 Split Squat、旋轉等動作，強化核心，解決常見的拗腰與盤骨前傾 (Anterior Pelvic Tilt) 問題。 2.身體控制與平衡： 學習在流動中找回平衡，讓你在進行不同動作時，下肢能保持鬆緊有度的平衡狀態。

Cancellation Policy
1. Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2. Drop-in, Waitlist and Walk-in 2.1 Walk-In Policy: Due to limited studio space and the need for pre-session equipment setup, walk-ins are strictly not permitted. All sessions must be reserved in advance. 2.2 Late Booking Requests (Post Booking Window):If you are trying to book within the 12-hour window, please contact us directly via WhatsApp. While we cannot guarantee a spot due to operational preparation, we will respond as soon as possible to assist with last-minute openings. 2.3 Waitlist Policy: When a class reaches maximum capacity, members can request to be added from the Waitlist. Spots will be allocated sequentially if cancellations occur before the 2-hour window. 3. Packages, Refunds, and Validity 3.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 3.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
