We understand that fitness requires more than just determination; it also entails mastering each movement correctly and continuously improving. Confidence and precise skill mastery are crucial factors in becoming a master.

Confidence is built through constant practice and familiarising oneself with the movements. We are committed to accompanying all students on their journey, providing ample guidance to help them grasp every detail and gradually master precision and accuracy.

2. Designing the Most Practical Products for All Customers:
We believe creativity is boundless, and human creativity is what drives progress in the world. As we delve deeper into the realm of sports, we discover countless areas that are worth exploring, including training aids and the fusion of fitness with fashion. We recognise that nothing is perfect, but that is why we persist. We aim to lead everyone to new heights in their athletic pursuits and strive to make our products as close to imperfect perfection as possible.

Additionally, we value the requirements and feedback of each customer. We welcome everyone to share their experiences with us. This allows us to continue developing products with a customer-centric approach.

3. Spreading Joy:
Philosopher Epicurus once said, "Happiness is the essence of a lifelong pursuit." In the vastness of the universe, we are but tiny beings, and life is short. Therefore, we are constantly reminded of the need to seize the moment and find joy. Timely enjoyment means pursuing long-lasting happiness and minimising feelings of pain. Long-lasting happiness consists of creating happy memories that bring joy whenever they are recalled. We want our students to experience enjoyment during their participation in our classes, creating shared moments of happiness. Most importantly, by spreading joy, we aim to provide a release for all.

4. Cultural Heritage:
This is our grand ambition. We believe that by creating more local products, we can uphold our local culture. Hong Kong has come a long way, overcoming numerous challenges, and we are grateful to be part of this journey. We love this land, and we need to shed the label of a cultural desert. Therefore, we are committed to safeguarding our local culture. We make three promises to ourselves:

4.1 - Through designing the best products, we want international customers to remember that we come from Hong Kong.
4.2 - We aim to instill healthy values in the younger generation through sports.
4.3 - While offering classes in English and Chinese, we will continue to provide instructional videos in Cantonese and Traditional Chinese, preserving our local language and script.

The story of the beginning


As a young adult, I struggled with finding my purpose in life. I didn't enjoy school, and I didn't feel like I had any talents or skills that could make a difference in the world.

Until I discovered Calisthenics.

Since then, it has changed my life. It has made me see things from a broader perspective, think more carefully, and become a better version of myself. I believe that anyone can benefit from calisthenics, regardless of their fitness level or experience. With Daily Cali, I aim to create a community where everyone can feel welcomed and supported in their fitness journey.

While calisthenics may not be as popular as basketball or soccer, it is a beautiful and challenging sport that requires discipline and dedication. At Daily Cali, we appreciate the artistry and precision of calisthenics, from the rhythm of muscle movements to the coordination between joints. We believe that calisthenics is more than just a workout – it's a form of self-expression and a way to connect with others who share our passion.

My vision is to inspire and motivate people to incorporate calisthenics into their daily lives. I want to make this sport more accessible by creating high-quality content, hosting workshops and events, and building a supportive community. My goal is to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellness by providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed. By working together, we can make a positive impact on the world and create a healthier, more active society!

The story of the beginning


I am someone who had absolutely no background in sports and started from scratch. I used to enjoy playing games and indulging in delicious food, which caused my weight to continuously increase. However, I began to realize the importance of engaging in physical activity for the sake of my health.

Initially, I planned to do weight training at the gym and continued for about a month. Then one day, I stumbled upon street workout videos online, and the unique movements showcased in those videos deeply fascinated me, leaving a profound impression.
I started researching and gradually tried out those exercises. Due to limited guidance at that time, my progress was slow, and I experienced several injuries along the way.

These experiences made me understand the significance of warm-ups before training, stretching and resting after training, as well as the order and rest periods between sets. Each injury compelled me to constantly search for information on proper training techniques and injury prevention measures.

Mastering street workout moves is not something that can be achieved overnight; it requires long-term dedication and step-by-step progress to reach the desired level. Although I encountered moments of frustration and setbacks, the joy of achieving my goals was truly extraordinary.

Throughout this journey, I gradually fell in love with street workout as a form of exercise.

Training has now become a part of my daily life, and the idea of not training is unimaginable.

If you're starting from scratch like I did and have no prior sports experience, remember that everyone begins somewhere. With dedication, patience, and the right guidance, you can embark on your own fitness journey and discover the immense satisfaction that comes with achieving your goals. The story of the beginning

‘Train the body, heal the mind.’

My journey began with calisthenics practice due to life's pressures. In the beginning, my body was weak, and lacking a background in sports leave me unsure of how to train properly. I practiced relentlessly day and night trying to achieve the goals. At this point, my passion started to take a toll on my well-being as I began experiencing injuries and persistent muscle pains from improper training and desperation.

These challenges led me to a turning point where I shifted my focus towards treatment and recovery. In my pursuit of body healing, I immersed myself in learning various techniques and methods for fascia and muscle recovery. At the same time, I discovered the power of cultivating a mindset that acknowledges the boundless potential of our bodies. Holding a positive belief is crucial in body improvement.

With knowledge in both calisthenics and myofascial therapy, I can better understand the challenges of beginners in weight training and sports enthusiasts with long-lasting pain. I provide tailored guidance for newcomers and offer rehabilitation strategies for pain relief. I aim to simplify the process and provide effective solutions for their needs.

Recognizing the uniqueness of every individual's body, I firmly believe individual of any age can overcome obstacles and achieve progress. It is my desire to be a supportive presence on the journey of pursing a healthy body. My goal is to help regaining confidence in their bodies and unlock their true potential.

We believe by providing courage, confidence, methods, and resources, people can regain the inborn power and strength quick!
