At DAILYCALI, there is NO rigid flow—only a progressive journey tailored to you. We use a scientific Periodized Training approach (in 4-week cycles). After an initial assessment, we break down movements into manageable steps and utilize tools like Gymnastic Rings to adjust intensity perfectly to your level.
Whether it’s mastering pull-up techniques or strengthening specific muscles, we adjust every session based on your feedback and energy levels on that day.

Life is busy. Our policy is built to support your rhythm.
Unlike rigid commercial gyms, DAILYCALI offers a "relaxed" arrangement that values your flexibility:
1. Generous Expiry: Every package includes a 3-week extension buffer. We recommend completing 10 sessions within 13 weeks to maintain progress while keeping your journey stress-free.
2. Rescheduling Made Easy: Occasionally life gets in the way. You can reschedule your session to another same-level group class as long as you notify us 12 hours in advance.
As a boutique studio, we prioritize your journey over strict rules.
