1st to 3rd Months
Zero Experience Needed
In the early stages, we’ll help you develop a unique style to ensure you become a recognizable face. You’ll earn content allowance by creating posts and blog articles.
We provide a diverse group of classes/community meet ups to help you discover your own coaching style. We also place great importance on “Co-training Moments” where we all can share experiences together and refine skills through.
3rd to 6th Month
Challenging But Fun
By this point, our style should already be well-established. We will shift our focus to the coaching aspect—gaining coaching experience, refining program design, and even managing the overall atmosphere of the studio.
You might experience moments of self-doubt, worrying about the number of members or whether you have enough time to your own development. We’ll be here to support you as you complete various coaching reflections.
Most importantly, we invest in your evolution. After accumulating certain hours of coaching service, you unlock a sponsorship for recognized fitness certification.
6th to 9th Month
The Reward of Progress
We believe that in nine months, you’ll have grown into your ideal self and gained the confidence and self-identity you need. By then, we’ll support you in focusing on your own well-being. You absolutely deserve a healthy work-life balance.

2. The Solution: How We Grow Together
We treat our coaches as brand assets, not just labor. We provide the security you need so you can focus on being an expert mentor.

Guaranteed Monthly Package: This consists of a (1) Base Salary plus a (2) Content Creation Allowance.

Personal IP & Visual Identity: You will earn your content allowance by producing high-quality posts and educational Blogs per month. You won't do this alone—our Art Team will assist you in crafting your unique visual style.

Education Sponsorship: We invest in your evolution. After accumulating 300 hours of coaching service, you unlock a 50% sponsorship for recognized fitness certifications, such as NASM (CPT/CES) or calisthenics-specific workshops like the WCO.

Remarks: A new coach typically requires 3-6 months to establish a stable clientele, followed by a critical 3-month period to validate their Retention Rate.
4. Mutual Alignment & Full Commitment

We Guarantee: We don’t believe in traditional probation periods with reduced pay. During your first 3 months, your salary is fully guaranteed to ensure your financial security while you integrate into our community.
Once you successfully complete this initial 3-month period of co-training and coaching (approximately 300 service hours), you will officially unlock DAILYCALI’s 50% Education Sponsorship and the full 21-day comprehensive leave package.
4. The Role: What We Need
