JUNIOR FITNESS PROJECT (Age 11-17)

$2800 / 8 Sessions

Time slot:

  1. Friday 3:00 - 5:00 pm (4/7 - 5/9)

  2. Saturday 1:00 - 3:00 pm (5/7 - 6/9)

  3. Sunday 9:00am - 11:00am (6/7 - 7/9)

  • Program aims to boost teenagers' confidence and self-discipline

  • Proper form for pull-ups, push-ups, and core exercises

  • Scientific approach for effective muscle building

Training Objectives

Physical Development

  1. Essential Training Elements
    Muscle endurance, coordination, core control, and cardio fitness
     

  2. Bodyweight Training Fundamentals
    Proper form for pull-ups, push-ups, and core exercises
     

  3. Physical Strength Development
    Scientific approach for effective muscle building and fat reduction

Mental Development

This program goes beyond physical strength, focusing equally on psychological development and personal growth. Through experiential learning, we actively guide participants to develop self-discipline, build confidence, and cultivate patience during the training process.

Program Features

Science-Based Training

We maintain a scientific training system that avoids ineffective overtraining. Our program:
 

  • Progresses from stability to muscle endurance and maximum strength

  • Applies the training pyramid principle

  • Includes diverse exercises: pull-ups, push-ups, core and more

Versatile Equipment Approach

We emphasize diverse training by utilizing:
 

  • Gymnastics rings, Resistance bands

  • Adjustable heights and weights to control training intensity

  • Rhythmic progression for efficient fitness development

Note: No prior fitness experience required—suitable for all levels, including beginners.

Goal-Oriented Approach

We focus on three achievable targets:
 

  1. 20 push-ups

  2. 10 pull-ups

  3. 30 seconds of L-sit hold
     

Coaches will observe each participant's physical habits to customize appropriate training volumes. Once these goals are achieved, we'll advance to more challenging objectives!

Positive Education Philosophy

We encourage active participation without using pressure tactics, believing that interest cultivation requires care and appreciation. Our approach includes:

  • Encourage independent training

  • Special rewards for participants who complete all attendance

  • End-of-class discussions and reflection sessions to monitor personal development

  • Coaches sharing their experiences and career paths, providing insights into sports and media industries
