Service Description

JUNIOR PROJECT is an 8-week calisthenics training program specially designed for 11-17 year olds. The program is aimed at young people who have never been exposed to fitness before. Without the need for any fitness equipment, participants will learn how to effectively use their own body weight to carry out comprehensive fitness training. Program Goals & Basic Information: Age Range: 11-17 years old Class Size: 8-10 students per class Program Dates: 5/7 - 7/9 Class Duration: 2 hours per class, 8 classes total Location: DC STUDIO Available Session Times: Friday 3:00 - 5:00 pm Saturday 1:00 - 3:00 pm Sunday 9:00am - 11:00am Note: No prior fitness experience required—suitable for all levels, including beginners.
