Our Level 2 classes are designed for athletes seeking to master the most challenging static and dynamic movements in the discipline. - What You’ll Learn: 1. Planche progressions: advanced straight-arm strength, planche holds, and push-up variations 2. Handstand push-ups: wall and freestanding, with a focus on strength-endurance and control 3. Muscle-up mastery: explosive pulling and seamless transition techniques 4. Human flag and iron cross: static strength on the bar and rings, with progressive overload 5. Advanced ring routines: combining strength, balance, and flow for complete upper body development - Who Is This For? Serious calisthenics practitioners who are passionate about reaching their highest potential. This stage is for those who thrive on challenge, crave mastery, and are ready to redefine what their body can achieve. - Milestone Achievements: 1. 3-5 second straddle planche hold 2. Freestanding handstand push-ups 3. Clean muscle-ups (strict and dynamic) 4. Human flag and iron cross progressions 5. Complex ring combinations and strength routines - Class Schedule: 1. Wednesday 7:30 - 9:30 pm (in Cantonese) 2. Thursday 7:15 - 9:15 pm (in English & Cantonese)
