JUNIOR PROJECT is an 8-week Calisthenics Program designed for teens aged 11-17, perfect for fitness beginners. - Class Introduction: 1. Tailored Training for Teens • Specifically designed for ages 11-17 • Focus on bodyweight exercises • Enhance overall physical performance (Strength, Endurance and Lower Body) 2. Holistic Development • Foster mental toughness and determination • Boost self-esteem • Experience sense of accomplishment 3. Develop leadership qualities • Improve teamwork and communication • Build discipline and time management skills - Class Details: Class size: Less than 10 participants Schedule Options (Pick One): • Thursday: 4:30 - 6:00 PM • Saturday: 9:00 - 10:30 PM • Saturday: 11:00 - 12:30 PM Program Duration: Start Date: July 11th (Saturday) 8-week duration (2 terms, 8 sessions in total, each session consists of 1.5 hours of training + 30 minutes of free time) Location: • Sheung Wan Indoor Calisthenics Studio (<1min walk from MTR) Package Options: Trial/Single Class - $400 One Term (4 classes) - $1400 Two Terms (8 classes) - $2400

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
