Service Description
DAILYCALI Basics & Conditioning Class: Perfect for beginners DAILYCALI’s Basics & Conditioning Class is tailored for complete beginners and those returning to training who want to build strength with immaculate form. In every session, we blend scientific principles with patient, supportive guidance. Note: While every class slot guarantees coverage of all four pillars, the training volume and proportion allocated to each section will be subtly adjusted based on class preferences and individual progression. - What You’ll Learn: 1. Pull: Deconstructing pull-up mechanics, scapular control, and back engagement. 2. Push: Mastering proper joint alignment and stabilization in dips and push-ups. 3. Core: Learning intra-abdominal breathing (bracing), L-sit progressions, and anterior/posterior chain stability. 4. Lower Body Mobility: Unlocking hip mobility, strengthening lower body muscle chains, and relieving lower back stress to build a functional, resilient body. - Who Is This For?
