日期時間: 18/4 (Sat) 14:00 – 15:30 目標對象:Calisthenics 初學者、全新手、希望修正基礎動作的運動愛好者。 課程目標:你將學會如何自行監察姿勢,並掌握一套能持續安全練習的基礎菜單。 這是為完全新手及徒手健身愛好者打造的安全入門指南,目標是建立上半身基礎推、拉、支撐力量。透過將吊環設置為完全觸地的高度,我們能將難度拆解,讓每個人都能精準掌握發力感。 1. 精簡核心訓練概念 導師將過濾掉複雜且不相符的內容,只專注於最關鍵的基礎。我們的目標是讓你建立對身體的信心,並在第一天就掌握正確、科學的訓練邏輯,避免走彎路。 2. 身體架構與對齊 (Body Architecture & Alignment) 學會如何精準對齊肩、肘、腕等主要承重關節。 關節保護:透過正確的架構引導,減輕訓練產生的不必要壓力。 問題改善:從根源糾正常見習慣:例如肘關節超伸 (Elbow Hyperextension) 等常見問題,確保每一刻的發力都安全有效。 3. 核心整合與肩胛穩定性 整合核心力量,為未來進階的推、拉、支撐動作打下基礎。

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
