Introduction: This class is perfect for beginners looking to build a strong foundation by improving postural alignments (姿勢矯正) and increasing lean body mass (肌肉量). Our training objectives include mastering Pull-Ups (引體上升) , Push-Ups (掌上壓), and core exercises (核心力量). Embark on your fitness journey with a solid foundation by joining our Basics Group Class today! Offers (1): A minimum purchase of 5 lessons or more is required for each transaction. (2): All purchases come with a one to two-week extension period to complete the lessons. For example, if a student purchases 5 lessons, they can be completed within 6 weeks; if 10 lessons are purchased, they can be completed within 12 weeks.
