DAILYCALI Basics Group Class: Perfect for beginners 1. Class Focus: • Improve postural alignments • Increase lean body mass • Master fundamental exercises: - Pull-Ups - Push-Ups - Lower Body & Core exercises 2. Training Approach: • Progressive training to build strength safely • Emphasis on proper form and technique • Supportive group environment for motivation • Adaptable exercises to suit various fitness levels 3. Class Structure: • Warm-up and mobility exercises • Skill practice for target exercises • Strength and conditioning workouts • Cool-down and stretching 4.Class Schedule: - Tuesday 12:30 - 2:30 pm (in English & Cantonese) - Tuesday 7:30 - 9:30 pm (in Cantonese) - Friday 10:00 - 12:00 pm (in English & Cantonese) - Friday 6:30-8:30 pm (in English & Cantonese) - Saturday 4:00 - 6:00 pm (in Cantonese) 5. Service Terms (For Package) : - Minimum purchase of 5 lessons per transaction - Flexible completion period: • 5 lessons can be completed within 7 weeks • 10 lessons can be completed within 12 weeks
