Tailored Training for Teens • Specifically designed for ages 11-17 • Focus on bodyweight exercises • Enhance overall physical performance (strength and endurance) 2. Holistic Development • Foster mental toughness • Develop resilience and determination • Boost self-esteem • Experience sense of accomplishment 3. Develop leadership qualities • Improve teamwork and communication • Build discipline and time management skills - Class Details: • Duration: 120 minutes per session • Class size: 5-8 participants • Expert trainers with youth fitness specialization - Service Terms: • Flexible completion period: * 5 lessons can be completed within 7 weeks * 10 lessons can be completed within 12 weeks * 15 lessons can be completed within 20 weeks
