DAILYCALI Movement Class: Master Comprehensive Calisthenics Skills 1. Class Focus: • Comprehensive skill & strength development • Balanced movement patterns across: - Pushing elements (e.g., handstands, planche) - Pulling strength (e.g., lever, muscle up, human flag) - Core stability (e.g., L-sits) • Angle-specific training for optimal neural-muscular connections 2. Training Methods: • Progressive skill development through proper movement patterns - Focus on joint angles for maximum strength transfer - Personalized training volume based on individual capacity • Technical breakdown of complex movements - Step-by-step progressions for each skill - Emphasis on quality over quantity 3. Achievement Milestones: • Foundation goals (Weeks 1-8): (1) L-sit Progressions (2) Ring Pull-up Variations (3) Bulgarian Dips, Push Ups • Advanced goals (Weeks 9+): (1) Advanced Static Holds: Lever (2) Ring Muscle Up Preparation (3) Iron Cross, Handstand Foundation 4. Class Schedule: - Wednesday 7:30 - 9:30 pm (in Cantonese) - Thursday 7:15 - 9:15 pm (in English & Cantonese) 5. Service Terms (For Package) : - Minimum purchase of 5 lessons per transaction - Flexible completion period: • 5 lessons can be completed within 7 weeks • 10 lessons can be completed within 12 weeks
