DAILYCALI Movement Class Level 1: Elevate Your Strength Once your basics are solid, it’s time to level up. Movement Classes Level 1 are all about transforming foundational strength into advanced movement and power. Here, you’ll experience the thrill of progression—moving beyond bodyweight mastery to explore weighted and technical skill development. - What You’ll Learn: Weighted pull-up and dip training: structured programs to boost your pulling and pushing strength beyond your bodyweight Introduction to lever progressions: front lever and back lever drills Handstand foundations: wall drills, alignment, and balance techniques for safe progression - Who Is This For? Fitness enthusiasts who have built a solid base and are motivated to pursue more challenging, technical, and rewarding calisthenics skills. This stage is perfect for those looking to break plateaus and experience tangible performance gains. - Milestone Achievements: 1. 5+ reps of weighted pull-ups and dips (+5-10kg load) 2. 6+ second front or back lever holds (single leg) 3. 15+ second freestanding handstand (wall-supported or free) 4. Noticeable improvements in core and shoulder stability - Class Schedule: 1. Mon 7 - 9pm (in English only) 2. Tues 12:30 - 2:30 pm (in English & Cantonese)
