This marks our fourth Community Meetup. The theme for this session is Handstands. We’ll be breaking into three groups (Basics, Skills, and Strength) for micro-session sharing, and everyone is welcome to choose whichever group they’d like. After the sharing session, we’ll set up a small challenge.

After the sharing session, we’ll set up a small challenge for everyone to complete in teams—focusing on reps and sets!
The emphasis is on supporting one another, not on competition.
