Movement 101: Calisthenics Starter Pack

日期時間: 21/3 (Sat) 14:00 – 15:30 目標對象: Calisthenics 初學者、運動愛好者 本工作坊專注於精確地分解三大基礎技能 (Pull-Up, Handstand, L-sit),專為對徒手健身有興趣但無從入手的人士設計。這是最安全、專業的徒手健身入門包 (Starter Pack)。 訓練內容: 1. 導師將過濾掉不相符的訓練內容,只專注於最重要的核心訓練概念,為學員建立一個不致受傷的穩固根基,建立信心。 2.身體架構與對齊 (Body Architecture & Alignment) - 學習如何精準對齊肩、肘、腕等主要承重關節,避免在訓練中產生不必要的壓力,從根源改善肘關節超伸 (Elbow Hyperextension) 等常見問題。 3. 核心整合與肩胛穩定性 - 專注於找回肩胛穩定性,並透過胸椎靈活性 (T-spine Mobility) 與肋骨控制,掌握身體中線,為所有進階動作打下穩定的核心基礎。 學員將學會如何自行完成基礎訓練,監察姿勢,安全地邁向更高階的練習。

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
