DAILYCALI Movement Class (Pull Focus) Schedule: Every Tuesday @ 12:30 pm Key Skills: Muscle Up, Front Lever, Back Lever Movement Class is organized by Movement Category Focus. You can choose specific class times based on the skill progressions you want to conquer (Pull, Push, or Mixed). -Details: The Movement Group Class (Pull Focus) is dedicated to mastering upper-body pulling strength and explosive body control. Moving beyond foundational pull-ups, this class deconstructs straight-arm isometric holds (Levers) and explosive transitions (Muscle Ups). -What You'll Learn: Explosive Pull-to-Push Transitions: Mastering the false grip, chest-to-bar pull power, and elbow-transition mechanics for clean, strict Muscle Ups. Straight-Arm Horizontal Hold Progressions: Deconstructing Front and Back Levers through hollow-body positioning, and assisted micro-drills. Ring Stability & Pull Mechanics: Utilizing gymnastics rings to develop deep stabilizer activation. -Who It Is For?: Active practitioners who have mastered foundational pulling strength (capable of 5+ strict pull-ups) and want to unlock advanced dynamic and static pulling skills. Suitable for Calisthenics Beginner / Sports Enthusiast seeking structured skill progression with minimal injury risk.

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 12 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 2 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
