日期時間: 23/5 及 30/5 (Sat) 14:00 – 15:30 對象: 渴望解鎖上槓、優化拉力動作細節,或希望在安全前提下突破瓶頸的運動愛好者 。 內容: 從基礎握法到核心發力,全方位拆解上槓的每一個環節 。 1. 握法與平衡:建立穩定的第一步 1a. 虛握法 (False Grip) 訓練: 學習如何透過正確的手腕擺放,縮短發力槓桿,為過渡動作(Transition)做準備。 1b. 扭力 (Torque) 應用: 理解如何透過前轉發力創造關節穩定性,免於受傷 。 1c. 身體平衡與控制: 掌握重心分佈,減少不必要的消耗。 2. 拉力深度拆解:科學化提升爆發力 2a. 發力方向優化: 學習「弧形拉引」而非直線向上,讓身體順利繞過橫槓。 2b. 動作拆解訓練: 利用彈力帶、離心收縮等輔助,模擬上槓的不同階段 。 共同的解鎖目標 我們希望每位參與者在結束工作坊後,能達到精準控制: 擺脫「暴力」甩動,達成更純粹、流暢的技術上槓。透過細節消除恐懼,讓上槓成為你動作庫中的穩定技能 。

1.Booking, Cancellation, and Attendance Policy 1.1 Booking Window: All class or personal training bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. 1.2 Rescheduling & Cancellation: You may reschedule or cancel a session up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time. 1.3 Late Cancellation & No-Show: If you cancel with less than 3 hours' notice or fail to attend a booked session without prior notice ("No-Show"), the session will be forfeited and deducted from your package balance. 2.Packages, Refunds, and Validity 2.1 Validity Period: The validity of a package starts from the date of purchase. The specific expiry date is determined by the plan selected (as stated in the "Select Plans" section). Expired credits are non-refundable and cannot be extended. 2.2 Refund & Modification Policy: All sales are final. Refunds or package modifications are only permitted under the following circumstances: A refund request made within 24 hours of the initial purchase.
