Mastering the core bodyweight exercises: pull-ups, dips, push-ups, and core routines 2. Proper form and technique for pull-ups and dips, ensuring safety, efficiency, and maximal muscle engagement 3. Foundations of mobility and flexibility to support healthy, sustainable progress 4. Introductory progressions for L-sit and other fundamental holds 5. Breathing and bracing techniques to maximize strength output - Who Is This For? Adults who are ready to move beyond casual fitness and invest in a structured, expert-led strength base. Whether you’re returning to training or want to solidify your basics, this stage ensures you build the right habits and resilience. - Milestone Achievements: 1. 5+ strict pull-ups with perfect form 2. 10+ clean dips 3. Foundational core and mobility benchmarks - Class Schedule: 1. Tuesday 2:30 - 4:30 pm (in English & Cantonese) 2. Friday 10:00 - 12:00 pm (in English & Cantonese) 3.
