Ten Years for seconds

I started working on my Muscle Up in late 2025. The progress had been steady but
after a month of travelling, I came back to zero. The old me would have felt
frustrated, thinking months of hard work had vanished overnight.
‘Is training always two steps forward, one step back?’
‘What is the point of mastering a skill?’
'After I reach a goal, must I always chase the next harder one?’
These doubts used to bother me.
Everything changed during my recent hike across the Seven Sisters chalk cliffs in the UK. Walking those seven coastal peaks meant seven ups and downs. It clicked: isn't this just like training and life itself?

We can't stay at the peak forever. In the valleys, we build patience and climb step by step; at the peaks, we enjoy in the beautiful view; on the downhills, we rest and prepare for the next mountain. Every stage has its own lesson.
A Muscle Up takes just three seconds. But behind those three seconds, it takes setbacks, injuries, failures, and inner dialogues to build real resilience.
Now, back on the bar, simply enjoying the process!
