  • Basic movement posture correction.

  • How to develop a personalized training plan, including setting reps, sets, rest time, and intensity.

  • How to properly use assisted training tools.

  • Correct warm-up methods.

4th Week of each Month

  • Instagram
  • Facebook
  • Focusing on the designated point of force for each movement.

  • Designing the most efficient training plan for participants.

  • Suitable for training enthusiasts who want to learn specific movements.
